Phone the MyChart patient helpdesk on 020 3299 4618 Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (excluding bank holidays).

You can leave us a message outside these hours, or if the service is busy, and we will get back to you.

Please include your name, date of birth, postcode, and a sentence about your enquiry. We review emails regularly within office hours.

Help with common issues

I've forgotten my username

Go to the MyChart login page

Select Forgot username? below the sign in button and follow the instructions on screen.

I've forgotten my password

Go to the MyChart login page

Select Forgot password? below the sign in button and follow the instructions on screen.

Your password should be between 8 and 20 characters long, include an uppercase letter, lower case letter, a number and a special character.

I didn't receive an activation code

Go to the MyChart login page

Under New user? select the Sign up now button.

Click on Sign up online and follow the instructions on screen.

If your phone supports face or fingerprint ID you will also be offered the option to switch this on for your MyChart account. We recommend that you do this.

I can't see my test results

Test results will be added to your MyChart account after a few days or weeks. Times may vary depending on the type of test.

I'm supporting a child or young person under 18

If you are a parent or carer of a child or young person under 18, please speak to your child’s healthcare team at their next appointment to request a proxy account.

Need urgent medical help?

MyChart is not for urgent problems or emergencies. If you have a serious medical problem and need help, call 999 or go to your nearest emergency department (A and E).
