We take your care seriously. That means making sure we have the right levels of nursing and midwifery staff on our wards to care for you safely and meet your needs.

We want to make sure you have all the information you need while you are a patient at King’s. You can find out more about our services, the test and scans and ongoing therapies that we offer and our outpatient appointments system. We also offer patient information leaflets about the conditions we treat and the procedures we undertake.

We explain how to help us keep King’s clean as well as your rights as a patient and how to access your patient records. And you can let us know how we are doing by filling in one of our patient surveys.

There is also lots of useful information such as pharmacy opening hours, Wi-Fi and entertainment and where to find our shops, cafes and restaurants.

The NHS online platform My Planned Care gives you access to waiting time information for all hospital Trusts in England, including King’s. Please note, the waiting times on the platform are provided at speciality level, and may be different to the waiting time you are given by the team treating you.
