Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) charge

The hospital is in the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ). If your vehicle does not meet ULEZ emissions standards, you will need to pay a daily charge to drive in the ULEZ.

Reimbursement of ULEZ charge

As an NHS patient, you may be able to claim a reimbursement for the ULEZ charge. As part of this, you will need to be clinically assessed as unable to travel to the hospital on public transport.

If you are eligible for reimbursement you can submit a claim form:

  • at the Golden Jubilee Wing front desk (Patient Travel Reimbursement desk)
  • or by post (see address on form).

To make a claim you will need:

  • your receipt or customer account number
  • your vehicle registration number
  • date of travel.
