Working at King’s post-registration

Once you have qualified you can apply for a role at King’s as a newly qualified nurse or midwife. As part of this you will take part in a structured Preceptorship Programme, to support you in your first year as a qualified practitioner.

Return to Practice (RTP)

We support and encourage all nurses who desire to return to clinical practice. We have partnerships with Greenwich and Kingston Universities to support this programme. RTP applicants can be supported in any of our 5 sites across South London and Bromley. All applicants for RTP are considered on an individual basis to provide a bespoke clinical experience in the clinical area of their choice where possible. Find out more information about RTP.
