Breast Radiology Education and Training

King’s Breast Radiology Education and Training Centre provides high-quality education, training and continuing professional development (CPD) for all staff groups involved in breast screening, diagnosis and care.

Our training is firmly focused on the learner and has been praised for being well-organised, informative and delivered to a high standard.

We are a National Breast Screening Training Centre and the majority of our courses are accredited by the Royal College of Radiologists and/or the College of Radiographers.

The courses are delivered by a faculty of nationally and internationally recognised experts led by Dr Juliet Morel, Director, and Dr Rema Wasan, Consultant Radiologist and Training Lead.

We are unable to offer the level 4 Mammography Associate or level 5 Assistant Practitioner apprenticeships, as King’s is not an apprenticeship provider. To find out where you can access these apprenticeships, please visit the National Breast Imaging Academy website.
