If you need a hand with finding your way around the hospital site when you get to King's, or you have any other queries, visit one of our Help Desks. These are at the main entrance to Hambleden Wing and to Golden Jubilee Wing. One of our receptionists will be pleased to assist you.

You may also find it useful to download and print out a copy of King's campus map.

Wheelchairs are available for patients to access through a user-friendly Wheelshare station by the Help Desk in the Hambleden Wing.

We can help you to find a relative or friend at King’s as well as to locate the correct ward, where we also list contact details and other handy information such as visiting times.

There are some useful pointers on temporary accommodation if you need to stay near King’s for outpatient treatment or to be close to a relative or friend being cared for by us.

Wi-Fi, TV and entertainment is available to all patients and visitors.

If you need some cash while you are here, we have a number of ATMs across the campus, and you can grab a snack or other refreshment at one of our host of cafes and food outlets. Plus there is a detailed guide to where you can safely use your mobile phone at the Trust.
