Support services
Cleaning, catering and the many other support services staff at King’s play a vital role in helping to keep the hospital running smoothly day in, day out.
Quite simply, we could not do without them and the valuable contribution they make to the Trust.
These services are provided by Medirest, an external specialist supplier that’s part of the Compass Group.
Compass Group recruits staff into a number of support roles in the hospital. This includes roles such as:
- housekeeping
- pest control
- portering
- waste management
- laundry
- catering
- patient feeding.
