Shaping our 2026 to 2031 strategy
In 2026, we will be publishing our new five-year strategy, which will succeed our current BOLD strategy.
Just as we did before, we are building our strategy with our staff, patients, partner organisations and local communities. We have listened to what matters to them most and where we should focus in the future.
We are holding a series of follow-up events for our local communities, to explore what happens next.
How our communities have got involved so far
We hosted a series of in-person events to involve the community in shaping our new strategy. This allowed us to hear the voices of patients, families, carers, residents, voluntary organisations and community representatives local to our hospitals.
We also published a survey, which over 1,400 people completed, to tell us about their experience of our care, and what matters to them.
We are grateful to everyone who attended an event or completed the survey. The views and ideas shared with us have contributed to the work we are doing next in shaping our new strategy.
We recently shared key messages at our public board meeting in March.
What’s next: follow-up events
Join us for a follow-up session to:
- hear more about what we learned
- see how it shaped the strategy
- and explore how King’s can work with local communities to take this forward.
Refreshments will be provided.
