Shaping our 2026 to 2031 strategy
In June 2026, we published our strategy and values for 2026 to 2031.
They have been shaped by our patients, partner organisations, and local people.
How our communities helped shape our strategy
We hosted a series of in-person events to involve the community in shaping our new strategy. This allowed us to hear the voices of patients, families, carers, residents, voluntary organisations and community representatives local to our hospitals.
We published a survey, which over 1,400 people completed, to tell us about their experience of our care, and what matters to them.
We also held a series of follow-up events for our local communities, to explore:
- what we learned from our communities
- how this shaped the strategy
- and how King’s can work with local communities to take this forward.
We are grateful to everyone who attended an event or completed the survey.
