Procurement and tendering

Procurement activity is managed by King's Facilities Management (KFM) on behalf of the Trust, following best commercial practice and public procurement regulations. We work with a diverse range of suppliers to ensure outstanding patient care and value for money are at the forefront of contract and procurement activity.

We are committed to the three pillars of responsible procurement: environmental, economic and social values, in addition to achieving the maximum possible value from the funds we spend on products, services and works. We aim to secure additional economic, social and environmental benefits for the community and society through our procurement and contracting activity.

We advertise new contract opportunities on Contracts Finder and Find a Tender Service, through our eProcurement System, Atamis. Suppliers will need to register on Atamis to be invited to participate in tender opportunities and be notified of new opportunities. Please refer to the supplier guide for more information.

If you have any issues with your registration, please contact the Atamis support centre on 0800 9956035 or at support-health@atamis.co.uk.
