Make a payment

You can make a payment to King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, using our secure online payment service.

Pay online

When making a payment, you will need to include:

  • all relevant reference information
  • your email address, so we can send you confirmation we’ve received your payment
  • if paying an NHS invoice, your invoice number and account number (found on the top right corner of your invoice).

We accept the following debit or credit cards:

  • Visa
  • Maestro
  • Mastercard
  • Electron
  • Delta

There is a £5 minimum credit card spend. There is no minimum spend on debit cards. No extra charges will be added.

Security information

When making a payment you will be redirected to our secure online payments’ website. This is provided by Access PaySuite who will process the transaction on our behalf. All online card payments are protected by Transport Layer Security (TLS), as recommended by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council, and are directly processed using the Access PaySuite service.

Access PaySuite’s online payment management solutions are independently and rigorously security assessed and are certified by Visa and MasterCard as a Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) Level 1 payment processor.
