Shape our strategy for 2026 to 2031
In 2026, we will be publishing our new five-year strategy.
We are in the early stages of developing this new strategy, which will succeed our current BOLD strategy.
Just as we did before, we want to build our strategy with our staff, patients, partner organisations and local communities by listening to what matters to them most and where we should focus in the future.
To get involved you can:
- come to an in-person event – details below
- fill in an online survey – details coming soon

- What our priorities over the next five years should include.

Who can come?
We are holding these sessions to hear the voice of patients, families, carers, residents, voluntary organisations and community representatives local to our hospitals. Essentially anyone in the local community who has an interest in services at the Trust can join, whether you’ve used our services before or not.
We especially want to hear from people and communities whose voices aren’t always heard.
