Photography and filming requests

We regularly receive requests for filming and photography on our premises.

All such requests should be directed to the Media team in the first instance. Unless agreed otherwise, film crews and photographers must be accompanied by a member of the Media team at all times.

Location filming

On rare occasions, we also facilitate location filming at King’s for production companies and independent film makers.

While we charge fees for this, all the income we receive from filming is reinvested back into the Trust, and our rates are competitive.

We will only agree to filming requests such as this in the event specific conditions are met, and where there is no impact on staff, or the delivery of services for patients.

Our fees

Half day (up to four hours):

• £2,000 for weekdays
• £4,000 at weekends and out-of-hours (5pm-9am)

Full day (up to eight hours):

• £4,000 for weekdays
• £8,000 at weekends and out-of-hours (5pm-9am)

Our fees are non-negotiable.
