Biography

Mr Tom Pepper is a dual-qualified consultant oral and maxillofacial surgeon, who qualified as a dentist in 2004 and as a doctor in 2014. His work spans several London NHS hospitals, providing expert care in conditions affecting the face, mouth, jaws, and neck.

Mr Pepper trained at leading London hospitals and gained further specialist experience during a year working in the plastic surgery unit at the renowned Duke University Hospital in the USA. This unique combination of training has given him internationally recognised expertise in both complex reconstructive surgery and advanced facial procedures.

Known for his calm, patient-centred approach, Mr Pepper takes time to explain options clearly and guide patients through every stage of treatment. He uses advanced digital imaging, 3D virtual surgical planning, and the latest biomaterials, ensuring safe, precise, and lasting results.  His commitment to excellence has been recognised through several national academic prizes.

Alongside his clinical work, Mr Pepper is an active educator, author, and researcher. He lectures internationally, trains junior surgeons, medical and dental students, and his work has been published widely in international peer-reviewed journals.  By remaining closely engaged in research and teaching he stays at the forefront of new surgical developments — ensuring that his patients receive the benefits of the very latest advances in facial surgery.
