Biography

Nick Faure Walker was appointed as a consultant urologist at King’s College Hospital and the Princess Royal University Hospital in April 2020. He has a specialist interest in functional, neurological and urodynamic urology.

Nick completed a specialist postgraduate fellowship at Concord Hospital in Australia. He completed basic surgical training in London and higher urology speciality training at Guy’s, St George’s, Kingston and Epsom hospitals where he was awarded his FRCS (Urol). He is an Honorary Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Life Sciences & Medicine, King’s College London and educational lead for urology.

Nick has published over 30 papers in peer reviewed journals and presented on a broad range of urological issues at international conferences. He has been awarded prizes from UCL medical school, the Royal Society of Medicine, the British Association of Surgical Oncology and the Association of Surgeons of Great Britain and Ireland. He was an accountant before starting medical school.
