Biography
Dr Helps is a consultant clinical psychologist and systemic psychotherapist. She started working at King’s College Hospital after qualifying in 1995 and has recently returned to lead the growing paediatric psychology service. She is particularly interested in what helps children and families cope with the journey through childhood illnesses and conditions. Dr Helps is also interested in combining neuropsychological and systemic perspectives to understand and support children and families.
