Shape our strategy for 2026 to 2031

17 December 2025 - Come to one of our in-person events for our local communities

In January, King’s is hosting a series of events to involve the community in shaping the organisation’s new five-year strategy.

The events aim to hear the voices of patients, families, carers, residents, voluntary organisations and community representatives local to hospitals run by the Trust. But anyone in the local community who has an interest in King’s services can join.

The new strategy will be published in 2026 and will succeed the current BOLD strategy.

The current strategy was built with staff, patients, partner organisations and local communities by listening to what mattered to them most and where they thought the focus should be in the future. King’s wish to build the new strategy in the same way and are calling on members of the community to come to one of the in-person events.

These in-person events are a place for local people to share what they would like to see in the strategy and will cover a range of topics. The conversation will include patient experience, how services can be better and how we can work better with local groups and community partners, and local health and wellbeing issues.
