Last chance to help shape King’s strategy

We are in the process of developing our new five-year strategy, which will succeed our current BOLD strategy.
Just as we did before, we want to build our strategy with our staff, patients, partner organisations and local communities by listening to what matters to them most and where we should focus in the future.
It will be published later this year.

- anyone who has been a patient with us, as well as their family or carers
- people who live locally
- our volunteers
- people who work for a local voluntary, community, or partner organisation

Other ways our community has got involved
Earlier this year we hosted a series of in-person events to involve the community in shaping the organisation’s new five-year strategy.
We heard the voices of patients, families, carers, residents, voluntary organisations and community representatives local to hospitals run by the Trust.
We are grateful to everyone who attended and took part in discussions. The views and ideas shared with us will contribute to the work we are doing next in shaping our new strategy.
There will be further opportunities to take part in April where we will share the key themes raised.
