Support during Coronavirus (COVID-19)
Cancer Advisory Helpline
Our cancer teams are now back to their normal duties following the redeployment of staff during the peak of coronavirus. However, our Macmillan Information and Support Centre remains closed to the public at this time. We are working with our colleagues at King's College London University to reopen the centre.
To support you during this time, we have set up a helpline. Please call 07813399714 to speak to a member of the team, who will be happy to help you. We can help you with the following:
- access to patient information (talking to children, specific cancer type booklets, finance, diet and exercise, and many more)
- Macmillan grant applications
- benefit advice and appointments
- general advice
- signposting to further information
- someone to talk to
The helpline is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Cancer care survey
Has your cancer care been impacted by Coronavirus?
We realise that the provision of cancer care at King’s has changed due to Coronavirus and we are keen to hear how you may have been impacted. If you are a King's patient receiving cancer care, please complete this short survey to help us re-design the services we provide for you in the future. The survey is open until the end of August and will take a few minutes to complete.
Cancer Wellbeing London
We understand this will be a difficult time for cancer patients, especially if you are unable to access your usual treatments and support services.
