Biography
Dr Norwood is a consultant neurologist undertaking both general and subspecialty neurology practice. She has a specialist interest in all aspects of muscle diseases and myasthenia gravis. Specific research interests include pregnancy in patients with myasthenia gravis and muscle disease.
Dr Norwood studied medicine at Guy’s & St Thomas’ Hospital and undertook a PhD on structural and protein biochemistry in Cambridge.
She was appointed to her consultant post in April 2005, working between King's and the Princess Royal University Hospital in Farnborough.
