Family planning and reproductive health is an important component of the care provided in general practice. The aim of this course is to give a comprehensive introduction and update on the use IUD /IUS, on the working anatomy and physiology combined with practical experience.

The course is accredited by the Faculty Sexual & Reproductive Healthcare; facilitators will be consultants from King’s College Hospital and Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trusts.

Each workshop will be limited to 10 applicants in order to allow for active participation.
