What we do

The King's College London Dental Institute offers a comprehensive range of services. Please click on a link on the left for further details.
 
Community Special Care Dentistry provide an assessment and treatment service for patients with special needs, to the residents of Lambeth, Southwark and Lewisham.
 
Conservative dentistry is for patients who need diagnosis/treatment for complex restorations including endodontics, crowning and bridgework that cannot be supplied by their own general dental practitioner.
 
Emergency dental services: service for patients in dental pain. Treatment is limited to pain relief. If patients are unable to attend at the start of each session then they should ring for availability.
 
HIV dental services: oral screening, specialist care for HIV-associated oral problems and routine dental care.
 
Oral and maxillofacial:  full range of secondary and tertiary services in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
 
Oral medicine and pathology: managing lesions and other conditions of the oro-facial region - ulcers, vesicular bullous infections, facial pain, dry mouths, salivary gland function.

We also offer:
  • orthodontics/paedodontics
  • peridontology and hygiene
  • prosthetics
  • dental radiological service including sialography
  • restorative dentistry.
