Cars
Before traveling to King's by car please consider that there are very few car parking spaces close to or at the hospital. We recommend that you use public transport or ask a friend to drop you off at the hospital. There is a taxi rank at the hospital, and you can book your journey home using the free phones in the hospital.
The entrance to King's site is on Caldecot Road off Coldharbour Lane. At peak times of day there may be queue to enter and you will have to wait until a space is free.
There are a small number of short term parking spaces for dropping off and collecting patients outside the Golden Jubilee Wing and Hambleden Wing.
Disabled drivers
There are marked parking spaces outside the Bessemer Road entrance for drivers who are registered disabled and have a blue badge. There is no charge for parking in these spaces.
If these spaces are not empty, disabled drivers can use the main car park. But they must pay the usual fee.
